About Me

Helo, I am Jennifer Clark Who am I? I grew up near Marshalltown, Iowa and have been in the Des Moines Metro area since 1998. My family and I love to travel and spend a lot of time outdoors working in our yard & playing with our sons.

I have built my business on an outstanding level of professionalism and ethics as well as customer service. I deliver on my promises, return phone calls in a timely manner and protect my client’s interest. This makes the real estate transaction worry- and stress-free. The majority of my business is past client referrals.

I have helped numerous families move into and out of the Des Moines area whether being relocated by an employer or personal choice. I am trained on the forms and systems that relocation companies require for transferees. Relocating can be stressful and emotional and I know this. My prior experience working as a Relocation Specialist has educated me on making this transition for families much easier.

I have also assisted several first time buyers in achieving their dream of becoming a homeowner. This is so exciting for me. I was a first-time buyer myself once and I remember how scary it can seem.

Seeing a smile on your face after you’ve found your dream home or sold your existing home for the right price is the best part of my job!
